30 Rounds, Every 10 Seconds:
1 Thruster (45/33)
After the athlete completes the Thruster they will rest with the barbell locked out overhead until the next Thruster. If an athlete is unable to maintain lockout during the rest they may scale to resting in the front rack position.
Any athlete that puts the bar onto the ground before the 30 rounds is complete will begin doing 5 minutes of Burpees from the moment they put the bar on the ground.
