Skill/Strength/Buy-in:

Build over the first three sets. The third set should be near maximal, leaving one good rep in the tank. Drop 10% for the fourth set.

Rest while partners work.

Ideally work in groups of 3, so that work:rest is roughly 1:2. If you have a team of two, they can rest an additional 30 seconds on top of their partners time.
