WOD:

21-15-9
Ball Slams 20/15
Lunges with slam ball
200m run after each set

***5 Burpee penalty for everytime the ball is dropped. For ball slams no extended rest. Drop it, ride it down, pick it right back up. If they stand up to take a breath and the ball is on the ground it counts as a drop***
