(Power Clean, Front Squat, Push Press, Back Squat, Push Press from the back)
1 Bear Complex at 70% of 1RM
-Hang Squat cleans 135/95
Minute 1: 1 rep of each
Minute 2: 2 reps of each
Minute 3: 3 reps of each
Minute 4:….so on and so forth until the athlete fails.
